Compared to Eindhoven and Maastricht, Lwd2018 has the smallest organization and budget. To be able to beat these cities, we need everybody. All citizens of Friesland, and all businesses and organizations. The theme to achieve this in the next few months is “shoulder to shoulder”.

On 15 April the Cultural Pitstop took place in the Blokhuispoort. During this gathering, everyone received an update on the state of affairs regarding the tender, and special performances were given by De Orgelmeneer, Yanerh, RBxBA and the Broken Brass Ensemble. The winner of the dinner at Oldenhove was also announced. Reino Meinema, congratulations. Our very own Reitse Spanning will cook for you.
